INET’s Model RVA64 motor-generator frequency converters are the workhorses of the aircraft ground power industry. They meet all power requirements of the latest commercial and military aircraft as well as 400 Hz avionics, missile, and radar equipment.

Standard 400Hz output voltages are available at 200V, 575V, 960V, and 2400V. Up to eight units may be operated in an automatic paralleling configuration (up to 3000kva). The vertical design results in extraordinary reliability, 30-year useful life, and less than half the floor space of solid-state units.

The proven rotating design of the original INET units have been in service for over 3 decades. The current models employ modern digital control circuitry and standard non proprietary control components to greatly reduce maintenance cost.

The single vertical shaft includes synchronous motor and alternator with single exciter; the integrally-mounted control cubicle contains motor starter, digital controls, and all protective devices. High input power factor, low inrush, and low input harmonics make these units friendly to the input power line.
